While searching, say how much you are willing to spend per night and see the TripsBack attached to each available property. That way you can compare the options and pick the booking you prefer, TripsBack included.
Your TripsBack is confirmed at the end of the month and covers every booking in TripsBack mode you have checked out of during that month. While the month is running you get an indicative estimate in your dashboard, updated as you book.
TripsBack is not a wallet nor a personal balance: it is a bonus granted on bookings made in TripsBack mode. There is no withdrawal to request: the bonus is paid automatically by bank transfer the following month, under the terms and conditions of the programme.

What is the difference between Standard and TripsBack mode?
Standard mode lets you search and book hotels at the best rates we offer. TripsBack is a promotion made mainly for people who travel for work: you choose the budget you want to spend per night and we show you the available hotels with their TripsBack.
How do I cancel a booking?
From the "My bookings" section you can cancel free of charge in a few taps, if the rate you chose allows it.
Is the price I see the final one?
Yes: taxes and fees are included and shown before you confirm, with no extra costs at payment. The only exception is the local city tax, which some properties collect on site: when it applies, you will find it stated on the hotel page.
How can I pay for my booking?
Payment is made online, using the available payment methods.
Why can I not see the prices?
To see prices you need to be registered and logged in.
How do I contact support?
Our support is available by email, including on your check-in day.
How does the TripsBack bonus work?
At the end of the month we work out the bonus on every booking in TripsBack mode you have checked out of during the month, and pay it to you by bank transfer within the following month, with nothing to request.
What is the estimate I see in the dashboard during the month?
It is an indicative figure, updated as you book, useful to get an idea. The actual bonus is only settled at the end of the month, based on the bookings completed in that period.
Do I need a TripsBack account or wallet?
No. There is no wallet to manage and no withdrawal to request: the bonus is worked out at the end of the month and credited automatically to your bank account.
Can I use TripsBack even if my company reimburses the trip?
Yes, the bonus applies to every booking made in TripsBack mode, no matter how you handle payment or reimbursement for the trip.
